• Expertise in education funding streams and funding cycles 
• Support to maximise funding related census data 
• 3 year budgeting and scenario modelling  
• Delegating finalised budgets to Headteachers 
• Forecasting and monthly management reporting 
• Purchase ordering, invoicing and supplier payments 
• Economies of scale through trust collaboration 
• Ownership of the financial auditing processes
